Can I print the guide?

Yes. It's an A4 PDF, including a printable sleep diary.

How long does toolkit delivery take?

Tracked delivery, usually 6–9 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email.

How do returns work for toolkit products?

You can return unused toolkit products within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we'll send instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Can you give advice about my child's sleep?

We're happy to help with questions about using the guide, but we can't give personal medical advice. Your health visitor or GP is the best person for individual concerns.
